Open the app and sign in with the method linked to your membership — Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or your member email. If your details aren't recognised, contact the membership office so we can check your record.

Go to the booking section, choose the facility, date and time, and confirm. You'll see live availability, and your reservation appears under your bookings, where you can review or cancel it.

You can cancel from your bookings. To avoid any applicable charge, cancel within the club's cancellation window. Cancellation and no-show policies are set by the club.

You earn loyalty points on rounds and eligible purchases, and can collect seasonal coupons in the app. Redeem them at the counter — the discount or reward is applied at the point of sale. Your balance and history are always visible in the app.

Your membership QR code is in the app. Present it at the gate, the first tee or the spa, and a member of staff scans it to check you in. There's nothing to print and no card to carry.

Yes. The app is available in several languages and follows your preference in settings, so you can use Hillside in the language you're most comfortable with.

You can delete your account from within the app's settings. Deletion anonymises your personal data and disables your sign-in. Some records may be kept in anonymised form or where the law requires. For help, email support@hillsidemember.com.

For receipts, refunds or a charge you don't recognise, contact support@hillsidemember.com with the date and amount, and we'll look into it. Refunds follow the club's policy and applicable law.
